We review these organizations first

We review applications against the criteria below. You can apply even if you don't meet every item.

Applying it to work

• You're willing to apply AI Crew to real work.
• You have repetitive work to assign to AI Crew first.
• You have a team that wants to use Mail, Messenger and Approval in one place.

How we work together

• You have a feedback contact who can use it and share organized feedback.
• You can share your organization's data and security requirements in advance.
• You can agree to the beta's terms of use and schedule.

Refining it together takes this participation

The beta is a period for refining the product with feedback from real work. We ask participating organizations for the cooperation below. Specific terms of use come with the approval notice.

• Name at least one feedback contact.
• Choose at least one task to assign and actually use it.
• Tell us where you got stuck, what didn't work as expected and what features you need.
• Have the responsible person check and handle decisions such as sending, approvals and changes directly.

Good to know during the beta

• Beta and in-preparation features may change in behavior and screens.
• AI Crew results are reference material, and people make the final call.
• AI Crew doesn't handle payment or approving on someone's behalf.

Data handling during the beta

Beta organizations use the same security foundation as the live service.

Data separated by organization Available

The server and database together enforce each organization's data and permission boundaries. Seeing a name on the org chart doesn't by itself grant access.

Memory people manage Available

AI Crew memory is stored separately for each organization and remembers only sources the organization allows. You can check it in the Memory tab and remove or delete it, and removed memories can be restored within 30 days.

Disconnecting external services Available

When you disconnect a connected external service, the stored connection credentials are revoked and syncing stops.

AI Crew within delegated scope Available

AI Crew works only within its delegated scope, not with the full permissions of a person's account.

Encrypted connections Available

Every connection is protected with TLS, and secrets on the server are stored encrypted.

Retention of application data

Information you enter in the application is used only for receiving the inquiry and following up, and is kept for up to 2 years while the consultation is ongoing and 90 days after it ends. Go to

You can apply with just the required fields. Telling us the work you'd like to assign first helps the review.

What happens after you apply

1. When your application is received, we show a receipt on screen.
2. Our team reviews the application against the selection criteria.
3. We'll send the decision, beta terms of use and schedule to the contact you entered.
4. Approved organizations are invited to their workspace in turn during November.
