Adapt proven work procedures to fit your company
Workflow is an admin screen where you take a proven work procedure (a playbook) and make your company's version of it. You edit the steps, add the steps where a person checks, and then switch it to in use. It is offered first to admins as a beta.
Designed for: For admins and team leads who want to set up recurring work procedures to match company standards.
When you need it
Even recurring work, like a new product launch check or an import cost review, is done in a different order by each person. Even when a procedure is written down, it easily drifts from the actual work.
Instead of building a procedure from scratch, Workflow starts from a proven one. You adjust the steps to fit your company and decide who checks what, and where.
Your edits stay as a draft, and once the review is done you switch them to in use. In effect, you keep your company's way of working in one place.
How it differs from general work tools
Take a proven work procedure and make your company's version. You do not have to design every step from scratch.
You put the steps where a person checks directly into the procedure. It is designed so nothing moves on without a check.
The draft you are editing and the version in actual use are managed separately. Only reviewed versions go into use.

- Keeps the results as activity records
- Which procedure to bring in
- How to adjust the steps for your company
- Which steps a person checks

Working with AI Crew: an example
An example from the fictional company Ondam Living Co.
The operations admin picks a work procedure for new product launch checks and brings it into the company.
With imported products like the "Ondam mug set" in mind, the admin adds steps for checking customs documents and reviewing costs, then saves it as a draft.
The admin sets the cost review approval and the sales page release as human check steps, finishes the review and switches it to in use.
AI Crew will bring up this procedure, move through its steps and ask the responsible person to check at each check step.

Admin and security
- Only admins open the Workflow screen
- AI Crew works only within the permissions of the person who assigned the work
- External sending, external sharing, deletion, approvals and payments need a person's check or are done only by people
- Admins can only make check rules stricter
Frequently asked questions
Who can use Workflow?
Only admins use it. It is offered as a beta for now.
Does AI Crew run procedures on its own?
That feature is in preparation. For now, you use it to bring in procedures, edit them, add check steps and switch them to in use.
Do I have to use a procedure exactly as I brought it in?
No. You adjust it to fit your company and make it your company's draft version.
Can I remove human check steps to go faster?
Work that needs a person's check, such as external sending, sharing, deletion, approvals and payments, follows that rule as is. Admins can only make check rules stricter.
