Read the résumé, try it out, and hire it if it fits

You bring in AI Crew in the same order as hiring a person. In AgentHub, you review profiles by area of work, try one out, hire it, and place it by naming a responsible person. When it leaves, the knowledge and guidelines it built up are handed over.

Designed for: For team leads and admins who need to choose the right AI Crew for a department and decide who is responsible for it.

AgentHub is offered in betaViewing profiles, trials, regular hiring, naming responsible people and handover are available now. Profile content is being filled in, starting with some AI Crew.

From hiring to removal

Everything happens in AgentHub, in this order.

  1. Review the profileIn the résumé-style profile organized by area of work, check its main features, work examples, the tools it uses and the work it doesn't take on.
  2. Try it outBefore hiring, hand off real work during a trial. Judge by the results whether it fits your team's work.
  3. HireWhen the trial ends, switch to a regular hire. Pricing is provided after a quote and consultation.
  4. Name responsible people (placement)Choose the responsible people for the AI Crew. You can name one for an assistant and several for staff.
  5. ManageOn AgentHub's connections, controls and activity records screen, see which tools an AI Crew is connected to and what it did.
  6. Removal and handoverWhen you remove an AI Crew from your team, the knowledge and guidelines it built up are handed over. Even when the AI Crew changes, the context of the work stays in the company.

What's in a profile

Like a person's résumé, it first shows what it does well and what it doesn't do.

Pricing and trials

There is no public price list or online payment yet.

AI Crew pricing is set by Crewon, which provides AI Crew, and is provided after a quote and consultation. The consultation looks at your company's size, the work you plan to hand off and the deployment type (SaaS or on-premises).

You can try it out before hiring. The trial scope and period are also explained in the consultation.

A hiring example

The scenes below use Ondam Living Co., a fictional online home goods brand, as an example.

01PersonChoosing a candidate

The customer support team lead reviews AI Crew profiles in the support area in AgentHub, including the list of work it doesn't take on.

02AI CrewTrial work

During the trial, AI Crew writes draft answers to questions about the mug set's capacity and washing and leaves them in the team channel.

03PersonHiring and placement

After seeing the results, the team lead gets a price quote, switches to a regular hire and names three support agents as responsible people.

04PersonRegular checks

The team lead regularly checks the activity records screen to see which tools the AI Crew used and what it handled.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

There is no public price for now. Pricing is provided after a quote and consultation. Please contact sales (contact@crewon.ai).

Does email go outside during a trial?

Whether in a trial or a regular hire, sending outside goes ahead only after a person checks it. People also always handle approvals and payments.

What happens if the responsible person leaves the company?

Name a new responsible person in AgentHub. When you remove an AI Crew, its knowledge and guidelines can be handed over.

Can several people share one AI Crew?

A staff AI Crew can have several responsible people, so a whole team hands off work to it together. An assistant AI Crew is dedicated to one person.
