Start with a consultation and an assistant AI Crew, then expand one step at a time
You don't bring AI Crew into every department from the start. Set the scope, gather your members, get used to working with a personal assistant AI Crew, then teach it your company materials and rules and hire specialist AI Crew. The November closed beta (a trial run where invited companies use it first) follows the same order.
Designed for: For project leads and admins preparing for adoption.
Steps to adopt
- ConsultationIn a sales consultation (contact@crewon.ai), talk about your company's situation and the work you want to hand off. For on-premises, a build partner can join.
- Set the scopeChoose the deployment type, SaaS or on-premises, and pick the services and departments to use first.
- Workspace and membersCreate a workspace, invite members, then set roles and service permissions.
- Start with an assistant AI CrewWhen members go through the getting-started screen, a personal assistant AI Crew is hired automatically. Members get used to working with AI Crew through the Today brief and the AI Crew command window.
- Company materials and rulesWrite down the rules to follow, connect materials in services you already use and add the shared knowledge you need. The features in this step are in beta.
- Hire specialist AI CrewIn AgentHub, try out AI Crew by area of work, hire them and name responsible people.
- OperateRefine the human check rules and company materials while reviewing activity records and AgentHub activity records.

Frequently asked questions
How long does adoption take?
With SaaS, you start as soon as you sign up and create an organization. With on-premises, it depends on the scope set in consultation.
Do we need to hire several AI Crew from the start?
No. We recommend starting with a personal assistant AI Crew and, once you're used to it, bringing in specialist AI Crew for the areas of work you need first.
I missed the beta invite email.
The sign-up invite is valid for 14 days. If it has expired, please contact us through a sales consultation.
Can we start on mobile?
The iPhone app is currently in internal testing (beta). Android and tablet apps are in preparation, so for now you start on the web.
Does the beta cost anything?
There is no public price list or online payment yet. AI Crew pricing is provided after a quote and consultation.
