How account deletion works
Disconnecting Google alone doesn't delete your account or synced data. If you need everything deleted, request it with the steps below.
- Request from your account emailSend a deletion request to contact@crewon.ai from the email you use for your account. Put [Support] Account deletion in the subject.
- Tell us the account typeTell us whether it's a personal or an organization account.
- Ownership and retention checkSupport checks account ownership, organization data and the legal retention scope. We never ask for passwords or verification codes.
- Processing after we explain the scopeAfter explaining the scope and reasons for retention, we remove or de-identify the active account and deletable data.
If you only want to disconnect Google
Disconnecting revokes the stored connection credentials and stops syncing. You can also revoke access in your Google account's “Third-party apps & services” settings, but revoking access granted to the same app can also affect Google sign-in and the connected mail and calendar features.
- Gmail: Mail Settings → Manage linked accounts → Disconnect
- Google Calendar: Calendar Settings → External calendars → Disconnect
Good to know
- Disconnecting isn't deleting your account
- Data already synced is deleted according to an account deletion request or the retention policy
